Shipping & Returns

Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or high-demand periods such as holidays. These are outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.

Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at supportpfg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
